Delete Account
How to delete in the app
- Open the HappyPet app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Alternative: request by email
You can also request deletion by emailing us from the address linked to your account: support@aurseek.com
Include "[HappyPet] Delete my account" in the subject line.
What will be deleted
- Profile information.
- Your feed posts.
- Account identifiers and app-specific settings.
What may be retained temporarily
For fraud prevention and legal compliance, limited logs or backups may be retained for up to 30 days. Backups are automatically purged on their normal rotation.
Timeline
We begin processing immediately. Most deletions complete within minutes; full purge, including backups, is completed within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@aurseek.com from your registered address and include any details that help us verify ownership.
