Child Safety

At HappyPet, the safety of children is our top priority. We maintain strict standards to prevent the presence of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.

Our standards

Zero tolerance: HappyPet does not permit CSAM of any kind.
Reporting: Users can report concerning content in-app using the "Report" feature.
Timely response: Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content will be removed and offending accounts suspended or terminated.
Review & action: Reports are reviewed by moderators. Verified CSAM is removed immediately and accounts are terminated.
Cooperation with authorities: We comply with applicable child protection laws and report CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
Community guidelines: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

Use the in-app "Report" action on any post, or email us from your registered address at support@aurseek.com with details and links or screenshots.

We support the "Safety by Design" principles championed by the Australian eSafety Commissioner, ensuring user safety is a core part of our product development.
